BIOLOGY
This blend combines two of the most widely studied tissue-repair research peptides. BPC-157 is a stable pentadecapeptide (15 amino acids) derived from a partial sequence of a protein found in gastric juice, studied for accelerated healing of tendon, muscle, ligament, and other tissues. TB-500 is a synthetic active fragment of thymosin beta-4, an actin-sequestering peptide studied for angiogenesis, cell migration, and wound repair.

The rationale for combining these peptides in a research blend is to study potentially complementary activity across repair pathways — BPC-157’s effects on tissue healing and angiogenic signaling alongside TB-500’s effects on endothelial migration, new vessel formation, and re-epithelialization. The combination makes a useful tool for in-vitro and in-vivo regenerative research.

This product is intended solely for in-vitro and preclinical research use and is not for human or veterinary consumption.

Research note: This is a proprietary two-peptide blend. Supporting studies below characterize each component individually; controlled studies on this specific co-formulated combination are limited. Citations are provided at the component level.

KEY RESEARCH APPLICATIONS OF BPC-157/TB-500

1. Tissue Repair Signaling (BPC-157)
The pentadecapeptide component is studied in tissue-healing models through:
• Tendon Healing: Studied for accelerated tendon outgrowth and fibroblast activity.
• Tendon-to-Bone Recovery: Examined in functional recovery models.
• Growth Hormone Receptor: Studied for upregulation in tendon fibroblasts.
Supporting Studies:
Chang, C.H. et al. — Journal of Applied Physiology. “The promoting effect of pentadecapeptide BPC 157 on tendon healing involves tendon outgrowth, cell survival, and cell migration.” PubMed – PMID: 21030672

2. Angiogenesis & Cell Migration (TB-500)
The thymosin beta-4 fragment component is studied through:
• Angiogenesis: Promotes endothelial cell migration, adhesion, and tube formation.
• Actin Regulation: Functions as a G-actin-sequestering peptide.
• Cell Migration: Studied for keratinocyte and endothelial migration in repair.
Supporting Studies:

3. Wound Healing & Regeneration
Explored in combined repair research through:
• Re-Epithelialization: TB-500 studied for accelerated wound closure.
• Soft-Tissue Repair: BPC-157 studied across muscle and ligament healing.
• Multi-Pathway Repair: Combination studied for complementary repair signaling.
